We're teaming up with Worcester Township to offer some fun afternoon projects throughout the spring and summer. Join us for a fun and creative afternoon in the bright outdoors.
Thursday June 21 from 12-2 - Bug Inspired Night Light - Kids will upcycle an old candle jar into an amazing night light with paint, paper, and craft embellishments, turning the jar into a unique and funky bug. A small electric candle in the jar, and it's a fantastic night light.
The cost is $20 per child.

Guest Artist Workshop Series
Creative and Expressive Still-Lifes with Frank Bruno -
A second chance to join in on this fantastic workshop series!
Offered here is chance to experiment with style, color, and medium to create a series of still-life mixed-material drawings. A variety of techniques will be explored with a focus on color, line, and composition. Finished pieces will have something of an impressionist look. These classes are guaranteed to allow the artist to experiment and express themselves, while creating several 18" x 24" pieces. Students will work in oil and chalk pastel, charcoal, and graphite.
Sunday July 22 and Sunday July 29 from 4-6
The series will be held over 2 weeks, two hours each day, for a total cost of $70 per student, all materials included.
For ages 12 and up and adults.
Specialty Ink Drawing Workshop with Jen Sweeten
Simple techniques result in gorgeous pieces with this fluid ink and alcohol blending method. Come learn interesting ways to manipulate the ink like blowing, bubbling and spritzing, and then work to create 2-3 unique and vibrant pieces to take home the same day.
For ages 13-adult on Sunday August 5 from 12-3

Artsy Afternoons Open Studio Times
Drop in to create fun ceramics, craft, and sculpture projects. Designed for ages 3+, younger ones might need some help from Mom/Dad. It's just $18 per person regardless of the project.
Projects take about an hour or hour and a half to complete, you do not need to attend the full scheduled time but please come at least 45 minutes before the end time to ensure you can complete your project. Adult projects are also offered. Ceramic projects will need to be picked up after firing (about 2 weeks), the other projects can be taken home the same day. The projects change each week, but there's always a selection of clay pieces, paintings, and our unique multi-media creations to choose from. You can drop off the kids, or stay and make something with them.
